My story
Having suffered from depression, anxiety and obesity, and having overcome all the obstacles that come with those problems, I know first hand what it’s like to turn your life around as a guy.
I’m here to show you how I did it and help you on your masculine self improvement journey.
My Journey
I went from an obese (115Kg or 250lb) and out of shape guy to having the body you can see in the previous image.
I manage to go from a single guy with no hope of getting dates to having the relashionships with women that I enjoy with no drama and with no conflicts.
I got rid of the harmful habits that were holding me, back such as porn and videogames, and manage to implement the habits that are making me truly happy.
